Lemon Balm, Nettles & Chamomile. Stop cramps before they start. An herbal blend designed for daily use  to assist with oncoming menstrual cramps & regular bladder maintanence. IAnti-spasmodic and diuretic to help relieve pressure and bloat. May restore iron from blood loss. Can also help with digestion.   A blend of organic ingredients and all vegan. Steep 1 tablespoon to make up to 1 to 3 cups  a day. Each 1 oz bag makes about 5-8 servings. Each 4 oz bag makes about 15-30 servings of tea depending on your measuring. Properties: anti-oxidative, anti-fungal, anxiolytic,  anti-spasmodic, anti-bacterial, anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory, and contains B, K and C vitamins.
