Cramp Helper Tincture

Rotating cramp/bladder blend: nettles, calendula, rasberry leaf and chamomile. I say this a lot…but I swear by this! Whenever I do remember to make this blend or tincture, I barely notice a single ache or bloat. Good to take before start of period to loosen muscles and aid bladder process. May help with urine retention (diuretic), pain relief, and reduce inflammation & bloat. Nervine and sedative; could make you sleepy. May stomach and throat as well. Can help restore iron lost with blood loss. Take 1 to 2 droppers 1 to 3 times a day. 60 uses (2 oz) to 120 uses (4oz.). Properties: demulcent, anti-spasmodic, nervine, sedative, has vitamins K to help with iron, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, diuretic, anxiolytic and anti-fungal. 

All tinctures sit on my altar for an extended period of time to help imbue them with manifestation power. Some organic ingredients and all vegan.
