I suggest keeping a dream journal to help w with recall. Mugwort may be able to assist with irregular menstrual cycles. Take 1 to 3 cups a day. not to exceed 3 cups a day.  May take up to 90 days to see improvement. Take a month off every 90 days. Each 1 oz bag makes about 5-8 servings. Each 4 oz bag makes about 15-30 servings of tea depending on your measuring.  All organic and vegan. Don’t mix with other thujone products like sage or wormwood. Mugwort has a powerful property called thujone. Using more than the recommended dosage can cause seizures, vertigo, vomiting and renal damage. Luckily, thujone only lasts in the system for eight hours.  Do not use if pregnant. This is a mild diuretic.
