All Organic Mugwort Tincture

If you’re looking for a new lucid dream practice this may help open the channels, as well as  sleep, anxiety and dreams.  All tinctures sit on my altar for an extended period of time to help imbue them with manifestation power.   A great tincture to take before or during ritual to allow yourself to open to the guides and spirits. Helps break barriers. Helps enhance visions, dream vividness and dream recall. Great for enhancing channeling and spiritual practice.Mugwort may be able to assist with irregular menstrual cycles.Take 30 minutes before bedtime: 5 to 15 drops to help with sleep and relaxation. Take a half to full dropper to help with dreaming. Take 2 droppers after a week, when you’ve developed a tolerance, to help enhance lucid dreaming. Don’t exceed 6 dropperfuls in day. Taking 2 to 6 dropperfuls daily for 2 weeks with 2 weeks off is the best way to begin dream practice. Up to 60 uses (2 oz.) and 120 uses (4 oz.). Properties: nervine, sedative, anti-fungal, Anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, digestive, insecticidal (topical use only), anti-septic, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, Anti-spasmodic, diuretic, and hepatoprotective (supports liver). 

Don’t mix with other thujone products like sage or wormwood. Mugwort has a powerful property called thujone. Using more than the recommended dosage can cause seizures, vertigo, vomiting and renal damage. Luckily, thujone only lasts in the system for eight hours. In case of too much ingestion, activated charcMugwort is organic. Do not use if pregnant.
