With a suggested sleep hygiene ritual, sedating teas & tinctures and pleasant smells & salts as you drift, you’ll be off to dream land in no time. Everything in this kit is made by me and has taken time on my altar or has been imbued with ritual before it goes out. Comes in a sturdy, magnetic reusable box with a blurred hologram sticker on top. Box, tincture bottle, candle holder and spray bottle are all reusable. Please message about allergies as kits vary.
