Stress, as well as diet and other medical issues, cause stomach problems so it’s best to attack on all fronts. Nervines, sedatives, adaptogens, anti inflammatory and anti spasmodic herbs all have a major place in digestive health.  There is also a soothing ritual included to teach you how to begin a daily practice. Everything in this kit is made by me, comes in a sturdy, magnetic reusable box with a blurred hologram sticker on top and has taken time on my altar or has been imbued with ritual before it goes out.
